Job Description:
Arabian Pipes Company is seeking a dynamic Call Center Manager to join our team in Mecca, SA. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 6 years of relevant experience in call center management. The Call Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the call center operations, ensuring excellent customer service and maximum efficiency.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement call center policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations. 2. Monitor call center metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement. 3. Train, supervise, and motivate call center agents to provide exceptional customer service. 4. Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure resolution in a timely manner. 5. Implement strategies to increase productivity and customer satisfaction. 6. Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and communication. 7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management.
Requirements: 1. Energetic and hardworking personality with a passion for customer service. 2. Strong project management and problem-solving skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proven experience in call center management. 5. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
