We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team at Saudi Railways Organization in Jeddah, SA. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.
As a Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our call center, including managing a team of call center representatives, setting and meeting performance targets, handling escalated customer inquiries, and implementing strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for analyzing call center data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implementing new processes and technologies to enhance efficiency and customer service.
The ideal candidate for this position will be driven, hardworking, and possess excellent time management and innovation skills. You should have a proven track record of successfully managing a call center team and meeting performance targets. Experience in the transportation industry or a similar field is strongly preferred.
