Al Hokair Group is seeking a Call Center Manager to work from home in Medina, SA. This part-time position requires a candidate with 7 years of experience in a call center environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, emotional intelligence, and a reliable and energetic personality.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the operations of the call center team - Develop and implement strategies to improve call center performance - Monitor call center metrics and KPIs to ensure targets are met - Provide coaching and feedback to call center agents to drive performance - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience
