Call Center Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Arabian Pipes Company is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Call Center Manager to work from home in Jeddah, SA. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a call center environment.

Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote call center agents to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction - Develop and implement call center policies and procedures - Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Conduct regular training and coaching sessions for call center agents - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management

Requirements: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong strategic planning and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively - Proficiency in call center software and tools - Experience in sales and customer service is a plus - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
