Job Description - Call Center Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


The Saudi Electricity Company is seeking a highly experienced Call Center Manager to work from home in Medina, SA. As a Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of call center representatives who handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service. This position is part-time and requires a mid-to-senior level of experience with at least 8 years in a call center or customer service management role.


Responsibilities: - Manage and motivate a team of call center representatives to ensure high performance and excellent customer service - Develop and implement call center policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction - Monitor call center metrics and performance to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Provide training and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge - Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience


Requirements: - 8 years of experience in a call center or customer service management role - Reliable and resourceful personality traits - Strong project management and leadership skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software - Ability to work independently and remotely - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
