Call Center Officer

Job Description:

Zamil Industrial Investment Company is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Call Center Officer to join our team in Jeddah, SA. As a part-time entry-level position, the Call Center Officer will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and inquiries. 3. Respond to customer emails and other forms of communication promptly and effectively. 4. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Maintain a high level of knowledge about company products and services to effectively assist customers. 6. Document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system for future reference. 7. Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer service processes and procedures. 8. Conduct research as needed to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. Resourceful and independent with the ability to problem solve efficiently. 2. Excellent people management skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues. 3. Strong research skills to gather information and provide accurate responses to inquiries. 4. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies. 5. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required. 6. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus but not mandatory. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 8. Fluent in English and Arabic.
