Call Center Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Call Center Officer to join our team at Saudi Arabian Fertilizer Company in Medina, SA. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, complaints, and product information. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide updates on their requests. 3. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system. 5. Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional customer service and support. 6. Follow communication scripts provided by the company to ensure consistency and professionalism.

Requirements: 1. Must be driven and energetic, with a passion for customer service. 2. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. 3. Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers over the phone. 4. Ability to work well in a team environment and support colleagues when needed. 5. High school diploma or equivalent. 6. Fluent in Arabic and English. 7. Must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
