Remote Call Center Officer

Job Description:

El Seif Engineering Contracting Company is seeking a Remote Call Center Officer to join our team in Jeddah, SA. This is a part-time entry-level position suitable for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, issues, and feedback. 2. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner. 3. Use persuasion skills to promote company products and services to customers. 4. Maintain accuracy and attention to detail when inputting customer information into the system. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery. 6. Follow company policies and procedures to uphold the company's reputation and standards. 7. Meet or exceed daily call quotas and performance metrics set by the company.

Requirements: 1. Hardworking individual with a dedication to providing exceptional customer service. 2. Strong persuasion skills and the ability to handle challenging customer situations with professionalism. 3. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and customer interactions. 4. Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment. 6. Proficiency in using call center software and technology. 7. Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
