Call Center Officer

Job Description:

Yanbu Cement Company is seeking a motivated and driven Call Center Officer to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a part-time Associate Level employee, the Call Center Officer will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services. 3. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly. 4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. 5. Update customer records and information in the database. 6. Collaborate with team members to achieve performance goals and targets. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction. 8. Utilize communication and listening skills to identify and address customer needs effectively.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 4. Driven and confident personality traits. 5. Adaptability and planning soft skills. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
