Job Description:
ACWA Power is seeking a motivated and skilled Call Center Officer to join our team. This is a part-time, remote position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As an Associate Level Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls, as well as email communications.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls and emails from customers and provide assistance with inquiries, issues, and concerns. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, conduct surveys, and gather feedback. 3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 5. Meet or exceed set performance goals, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate. 6. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience. 7. Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and update customer profiles. 8. Stay up-to-date on ACWA Power products and services to provide accurate information to customers. 9. Provide feedback to management on customer trends, issues, and suggestions for improvement.
Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Energetic and resourceful personality traits. 3. Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively manage customer interactions. 4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 5. Ability to work independently in a remote setting. 6. Proficiency in using CRM software and other call center tools. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications a plus.
