Call Center Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Call Center Officer to join our team at Saudi Cement Company. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from home, providing flexibility and convenience. As an Entry Level Call Center Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and complaints related to our products and services. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately. 4. Provide product information and technical support to customers. 5. Document all customer interactions accurately in the database. 6. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high service levels. 7. Meet individual and team targets for call volume, response time, and customer satisfaction. 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best possible service to customers.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role. 2. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Resilient and able to handle challenging customer interactions. 5. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. 6. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
