Call Center Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Saudi Airlines is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Call Center Officer, you will have the opportunity to work from home and assist customers with their inquiries and booking requests. This position is ideal for someone who is independent, energetic, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with booking flights, resolving issues, and providing general information about Saudi Airlines. 2. Utilize negotiation skills to upsell additional services or packages to customers. 3. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving any complaints or concerns. 4. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Stay updated on airline policies, procedures, and promotions. 6. Collaborate with other team members to optimize call center performance and productivity. 7. Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement within the call center.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 4. Strong negotiation skills. 5. Innovative mindset with a willingness to take calculated risks. 6. Must have a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace to work from home. 7. Fluent in both English and Arabic.
