Call Center Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

El Seif Engineering Contracting Company is seeking a motivated and experienced Call Center Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home. As an Associate level position, the successful candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Provide information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and inquiries - Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed - Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions - Meet and exceed performance targets and goals set by management - Collaborate with team members and share best practices to improve overall performance

Requirements: - Reliable and independent with the ability to work efficiently from home - Strong negotiation and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proven track record in customer service and call center operations - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
