Job Description - Call Center Representative

As a Call Center Representative at Saud Consult in Riyadh, SA, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients who reach out via phone, email, or chat. You will handle incoming calls, make outgoing calls, answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or issues. 3. Provide product and service information to customers. 4. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits. 5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. 7. Assist with training new call center representatives as needed. 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Energetic and hardworking personality traits. 3. Adaptability and leadership soft skills. 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. 6. Strong problem-solving skills. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
