Job Description - Call Center Representative

Job Description:


We are seeking a Call Center Representative to join our team at Saudi Binladin Group in Mecca, SA. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have in a professional and timely manner.


Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries - Making outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or provide information as needed - Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers - Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as necessary - Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Utilizing CRM software to manage customer accounts and information - Meeting and exceeding departmental goals and targets - Working collaboratively with team members to ensure high-quality customer service


Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly and effectively - Confidence and resilience to handle challenging customer interactions - Attention to detail and the ability to accurately document customer interactions - Proficiency in using computers and CRM software - No prior experience required, as training will be provided - High school diploma or equivalent - Willingness to work part-time hours


Personality Traits: - Confidence: Ability to confidently communicate with customers and handle challenging situations - Resilience: Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure


Soft Skills: - Presentation: Ability to present information in a clear and professional manner - Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately document and record customer interactions
