Call Center Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and confident Call Center Representative to join our team at Al Gosaibi Bros. in Riyadh, SA. As an Entry Level representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls in a professional manner - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner - Provide information about products and services - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Keep accurate records of customer interactions - Follow communication scripts when handling different topics - Identify and escalate priority issues - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge - Meet personal/team targets and goals

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role preferred - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Confident in handling challenging situations - Strong communication skills - Innovative problem-solving abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - High school diploma or equivalent
