Remote Call Center Representative

Job Description: The National Water Company is seeking a motivated and reliable Remote Call Center Representative to join our team in Mecca, SA on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and technical issues - Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to customers and addressing their needs in a professional manner - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the company database - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed performance metrics such as call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively present information to customers - Ability to work independently and in a team setting - Driven and goal-oriented mindset to meet or exceed performance targets - Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic - Experience in a call center or customer service role preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required
