Yanbu Cement Company is seeking a motivated and adaptable Call Center Representative to join our team and work from home in Jeddah, SA. This part-time entry-level position offers the opportunity to develop critical thinking and strategic planning skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Provide information and assistance to customers regarding products and services - Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner - Input and update customer information in the company database - Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics set by the company
