Job Description:
National Water Company is seeking a passionate and driven Call Center Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding water services, billing inquiries, and general customer service needs.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues, gather information, and provide updates. 3. Research and troubleshoot customer problems and provide solutions in a timely manner. 4. Document all interactions with customers accurately in the company database. 5. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments for resolution. 6. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics. 7. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve overall customer service experience.
Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment. 2. Strong research and problem-solving skills. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficient in using computer software and database systems. 6. Must have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 7. Must be self-motivated and driven to succeed in a remote work environment.
