Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled call center specialist to join our team at Advanced Petrochemical Company in Mecca, SA. As a Call Center Specialist, your main responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding their inquiries, complaints, and requests. You will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls from customers and assist with their inquiries or redirect them to the appropriate department - Make outbound calls to follow up on customer complaints or requests for information - Document all interactions with customers accurately in the system - Provide information to customers about products, services, and promotions - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Work with other departments to ensure smooth resolution of customer issues - Meet and exceed performance targets set by the company

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively - Independent and reliable with strong problem-solving skills - People management and time management skills - Excellent customer service skills - High school diploma or GED required
