Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Call Center Specialist to join our team at Hilton in Jeddah, SA. As a part-time employee at an entry-level position, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and promoting Hilton's brand.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally 2. Assist customers with inquiries, reservations, and complaints 3. Provide accurate information about Hilton's services and promotions 4. Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed 5. Meet productivity and quality standards set by the company 6. Maintain a positive attitude and work well in a team environment 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role 2. Energetic and passionate about providing great customer service 3. Strong decision-making skills and ability to think creatively 4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
