Remote Call Center Specialist

The Al Hokair Group is currently seeking a passionate and independent Remote Call Center Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, SA. This part-time position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role at the Associate Level.

As a Remote Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service. You will need to possess strong emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with customers, as well as excellent negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial resolutions.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and efficient manner. 2. Provide accurate information to customers and assist them with their inquiries and concerns. 3. Identify customer needs and recommend products or services that meet their requirements. 4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Meet and exceed daily call quotas and quality assurance standards.

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers. - Excellent negotiation skills to resolve conflicts and reach mutually beneficial outcomes. - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
