Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

Middle East Battery Company is seeking a part-time Call Center Specialist to join our team in Medina, SA. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required. We are looking for individuals who are independent, hardworking, creative, and excel in project management.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and complaints - Provide product information and technical support as needed - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues efficiently - Meet or exceed call center metrics and goals - Continuously improve customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and ability to work independently - Ability to think creatively and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment - High school diploma or equivalent - Fluent in Arabic and English
