Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

Alinma Tokio Marine Company is looking for a detail-oriented and hardworking Call Center Specialist to join our team in Medina, SA. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service over the phone to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions - Research and resolve customer issues using available resources - Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately - Meet productivity goals and quality standards set by the company - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Adapting to changing call volume and customer needs - Attend training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Ability to research and find solutions to customer issues - Hardworking attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for customers - Adaptability to changing priorities and tasks - High school diploma or equivalent
