Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

Al-Rashid Trading & Contracting Co Ltd is currently seeking a Call Center Specialist to join our team in Medina, SA. As a part-time entry-level position, the Call Center Specialist will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers and provide information or resolve any issues they may have. 2. Make outgoing calls to follow up on customer inquiries or provide updates on services. 3. Handle customer complaints and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary. 4. Maintain customer records and update information as needed. 5. Meet and exceed call center metrics and goals. 6. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of relevant experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Confident and motivated individual who can work well under pressure. 3. Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a team environment. 4. Creative problem-solving skills to handle customer issues effectively. 5. Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask. 6. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
