Job Description - Call Center Specialist

Job Description:


We are looking for a skilled Call Center Specialist to join our team at Saudi Aramco in Mecca, SA. As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing them with excellent customer service and resolving any issues they may have. This part-time position at the Associate level requires at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from customers and addressing their inquiries or concerns - Making outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or to conduct surveys - Providing information about products and services to customers - Resolving customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meeting or exceeding call center metrics and goals


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Independent and hardworking personality traits - Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask - Innovation and adaptability in handling various customer situations - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
