Job Description - Call Center Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:


Al-Yamama is currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Call Center Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Medina, SA. As an Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment.


Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional manner. 2. Resolving customer complaints and escalations promptly and courteously. 3. Providing accurate information to customers regarding products and services. 4. Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests from customers. 5. Maintaining customer records and updating information as needed. 6. Collaborating with team members to achieve department goals and objectives. 7. Utilizing problem-solving skills to address customer issues and improve service quality. 8. Planning daily call schedules and activities to maximize productivity and efficiency. 9. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Strong organizational and time-management skills. 6. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred. 7. Must have a dedicated home office space with high-speed internet connection. 8. Must be available to work evenings and weekends as needed.
