Call Center Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a Call Center Specialist to join our team at Al-Yamama in Riyadh, SA. This is a part-time, work from home position ideal for entry level candidates with at least 1 year of experience. As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service over the phone, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner - Provide information about products and services, address customer concerns, and escalate issues as needed - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy - Assist with scheduling appointments, processing orders, and updating customer accounts - Work collaboratively with team members to achieve department goals and targets - Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better assist customers - Meet and exceed performance metrics and customer satisfaction targets

Requirements: - Confident and hardworking individual with a positive attitude - Excellent communication skills and the ability to actively listen and problem solve - Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using computers and software applications - Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred - High school diploma or equivalent required
