Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

Al Khodari Sons Company is seeking a motivated and confident Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Medina, SA. As a Chat Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat - Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Utilize emotional intelligence to understand and address customer needs - Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies - Adhere to company guidelines and procedures - Attend training sessions to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or chat support role - Motivated and confident personality traits - Strong emotional intelligence - Ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in using online chat platforms - High school diploma or equivalent
