Remote Chat Support Assistant

We are seeking a Remote Chat Support Assistant to join our team at Saudi Cement Company in Mecca, SA on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide chat support to customers, answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service - Assist with the development and implementation of chat support strategies and processes - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Monitor chat queues to ensure prompt responses to customer inquiries

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers - Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote chat support environment - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Driven and adaptable personality traits - Strong teamwork and adaptability skills - Must be comfortable using chat support software and other communication tools
