Remote Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Chat Support Assistant to join our team at Hilton in Riyadh, SA. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in customer service and hospitality. The ideal candidate will be resilient, independent, and have strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through chat support to assist guests with inquiries, requests, and issues - Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner - Utilize resources and tools to provide accurate information and support to guests - Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience - Maintain a positive and proactive attitude to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty - Follow company policies and procedures to uphold Hilton's standards of service excellence - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong written communication skills in English - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Basic computer skills and familiarity with chat support software - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends - No prior experience required, training will be provided
