We are currently seeking a Remote Chat Support Assistant to join our team at Savola Group. This position is part-time and will be based in Medina, SA. This is an entry-level role with zero years of experience required.
Responsibilities: - Assist customers with inquiries and issues through online chat support - Provide excellent customer service and troubleshoot problems effectively - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback
