Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

Al Babtain Power & Telecommunication Co is seeking a part-time Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Jeddah, SA. This entry-level position requires zero years of experience, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their careers in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively via chat support - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers in a timely manner - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department - Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of all communications - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide the most accurate information to customers - Assist in other customer service tasks as needed
