Remote Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

Yanbu Cement Company is seeking a Remote Chat Support Assistant to join our team based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This part-time, entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be dedicated and confident, with exceptional emotional intelligence and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide chat support to customers in a professional and timely manner - Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products and services - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies - Strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently in a remote setting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and chat support platforms - Must be dedicated, confident, and have high emotional intelligence - Persuasion skills are a plus
