Job Description:
We are looking for a Remote Chat Support Assistant to join our team at Saudi Electricity Company. This part-time position is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and is perfect for someone who is passionate, confident, and eager to provide exceptional customer service through chat support.
Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through chat support - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to electricity services - Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate information clearly and effectively - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers and resolve issues - Innovative mindset to propose new ideas and solutions for improving customer support processes - Must be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and creating positive interactions with customers
