Remote Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

Al-Rashid Trading & Contracting Co Ltd is looking to hire a Remote Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Riyadh, SA. This position is part-time and at the Associate level, with a requirement of 4 years of experience. We are seeking individuals who are independent, motivated, persuasive, and have a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide chat support to customers and clients remotely. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Engage with customers to promote products and services. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service strategies. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. 4. Highly motivated and proactive. 5. Persuasive and able to effectively communicate product information. 6. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
