Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a Chat Support Assistant to join our team at the National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia in Medina. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for someone who is hardworking, confident, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. As a Chat Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: 1. Interact with customers through online chat to provide support and answer inquiries. 2. Assist with resolving customer issues and escalations in a timely and professional manner. 3. Conduct research to find solutions to customer questions and problems. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the chat support process. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. 2. Excellent research skills to quickly find solutions to customer inquiries. 3.
