Job Description: Abdul Latif Jameel Co Ltd is seeking a dedicated and driven Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Riyadh, SA. This is a part-time entry-level position with zero years of experience required.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and support through chat platforms - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to customer problems - Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience - Conduct research to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards customers at all times
