Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a Chat Support Assistant to join our team at Zain Saudi Arabia in Jeddah, SA. This is a part-time, entry-level position with no prior experience required. As a Chat Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing online assistance to our customers through chat support channels.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner via chat. 2. Provide product information, troubleshoot problems, and offer solutions to customer concerns. 3. Utilize research skills to find accurate information to assist customers effectively. 4. Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures while interacting with customers.
