Remote Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

ACWA Power is seeking a part-time Remote Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As an Associate Level position, the Remote Chat Support Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. This role requires at least 4 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues through online chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information and solutions to customer problems - Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude at all times - Keep accurate records of customer interactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - Reliable and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Innovative thinker who can find creative solutions to customer problems - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using online chat software and other customer service tools - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
