Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Chat Support Assistant to join our team at SABIC. As a leading petrochemical company based in Riyadh, SA, we are seeking a hardworking and confident individual to assist our customers through chat support remotely. This is a part-time entry-level position with zero years of experience required.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service through chat support to assist customers with their inquiries and concerns - Research and provide solutions to customer issues in a timely manner - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Utilize creativity to find innovative solutions to customer problems

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and ability to multitask effectively - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong research skills to find solutions to customer issues - Creativity to provide unique and innovative solutions to customer problems - Must be hardworking and confident in assisting customers
