Chat Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and reliable Chat Support Assistant to join our team at Saudi Binladin Group. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As an Entry Level Chat Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner through chat support - Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and understanding - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while engaging with customers - Collaborate with the team to improve processes and procedures for better customer service - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers - Follow company guidelines and policies for customer interactions

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field preferred - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong emotional intelligence and empathy towards customers - Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities in a team environment - Proficient in multitasking and able to handle a high volume of chat inquiries - Comfortable working independently and remotely - Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate online chat platforms - Fluent in English and Arabic - Must have a reliable internet connection
