Job Description - Chat Support Associate

Job Description:


L'azurde Company for Jewelry is seeking a part-time Chat Support Associate to join our team in Mecca, SA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or related fields.


Responsibilities: - Providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat support - Assisting customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution - Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Documenting customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality - Adhering to company policies and procedures to provide consistent and high-quality support


Requirements: - Resourceful and resilient personality traits to effectively handle customer inquiries and escalations - Attention to detail and leadership skills for maintaining high service standards - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Previous experience in customer service or a related field - Proficient in using chat support software and CRM systems
