Job Description:
National Water Company is seeking a Remote Chat Support Associate to join our team in Mecca, SA. This part-time, entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. As a Remote Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through online chat platforms.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner through chat support. 2. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues with our products or services. 3. Provide product information and guidance to customers to enhance their overall experience. 4. Work closely with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality support to customers. 5. Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company. 6. Utilize strategic planning and negotiation skills to handle customer complaints and difficult situations effectively. 7. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times when interacting with customers.
Requirements: 1. Confident and passionate individual who thrives in a fast-paced customer service environment. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in using online chat platforms and other customer service tools. 6. Knowledge of basic computer programs and software. 7. Experience in strategic planning and negotiation is a plus.
