Job Description:

Mobily is seeking a highly motivated and confident Remote Chat Support Associate to join our team in Mecca, SA. As a part-time Associate level position, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues by analyzing the problem and providing appropriate solutions. 3. Document all customer interactions accurately in the company's database. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in customer service or technical support. 2. Proficient in written communication and typing skills. 3. Confident and driven personality. 4. Strong analytical skills and adaptability. 5. Ability to work remotely and independently. 6. Bachelor's degree preferred.
