Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Remote Chat Support Associate to join our team at Saudi Telecom Company in Medina, SA. As a Remote Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through chat communication. This position is part-time and at the Associate Level, requiring 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues through chat support in a timely and professional manner - Provide technical support and troubleshoot customer problems with our products or services - Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers - Identify opportunities for improvement in our chat support processes and systems

Requirements: - Reliable and independent work ethic - Strong communication skills - Innovative problem-solving abilities - 2 years of experience in a customer support role - Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively - Proficiency in using chat support software and other relevant tools - High school diploma or equivalent
