Chat Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Saud Consult is seeking a Chat Support Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be independent, confident, and possess strong people management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide customer support through chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order status, and account-related questions. 3. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further resolution. 4. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while interacting with customers. 5. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures. 6. Meet or exceed performance metrics for response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 3. Proficiency in using chat support software and tools. 4. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. 5. Must have a quiet workspace with reliable internet connection. 6. Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
