Job Description:

Saud Consult is seeking a passionate and reliable Chat Support Associate to join our team and work from home in Jeddah, SA. This position is part-time and is suitable for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or chat support roles.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support through chat channels - Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to customers - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer experience - Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in using chat support platforms and CRM systems - Planning and organizational skills - Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities

Personality traits: - Passionate about providing excellent customer service - Reliable and able to meet deadlines consistently
