Job Description - Chat Support Manager

Job Description:


Jarir Marketing Company is seeking a talented Chat Support Manager to join our team in Medina, SA. As a Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of chat support agents, ensuring that they provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of chat support agents, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations - Develop and implement chat support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency - Monitor chat support metrics and KPIs to ensure that team goals are met - Respond to escalated customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Work closely with other departments to address customer concerns and improve processes - Stay up-to-date on the latest chat support trends and technologies - Provide regular feedback and coaching to chat support agents to help them succeed - Collaborate with the IT department to optimize chat support software and tools


Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in customer service or chat support - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Resourceful and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Excellent project management skills - Creativity in problem-solving and process improvement - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
