Job Description - Chat Support Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Chat Support Manager to join our team at Al Gosaibi Bros. in Riyadh, SA. As a Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the chat support team, ensuring efficient and effective customer service through chat channels. This is a part-time position with mid-to-senior level seniority, requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise the chat support team, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and support through chat channels - Monitor chat interactions and provide guidance and feedback to team members - Develop and implement chat support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase efficiency - Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries and issues - Analyze chat data and trends to identify areas for improvement - Train new team members on chat support procedures and best practices - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support


Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in a chat support or customer service role - Confident and resourceful personality traits - Excellent research skills and attention to detail - Strong communication and leadership skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in chat support software and tools - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
